1. Master Services Agreement (MSA) Required

Formal engagements, including architecture review, compliance attainment, or vCISO services, require the mutual execution of an Aegiac LLC Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a specific Statement of Work (SOW).

We execute standard mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to accessing any internal client infrastructure, configuration repositories, or audit reports. Information provided through our preliminary intake forms is held under strict presumed confidentiality.

3. Disclaimer of Audit Certification

While Aegiac LLC designs, implements, and manages compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, CMMC), we operate exclusively as an advisory and engineering firm. We do not issue final CPA or C3PAO attestations. We act as your internal liaison to independent third-party auditors.

4. Liability & "As-Is" Advice

Cybersecurity is a continuously evolving domain. While we engineer systems to current elite industry standards, no environment is immune to breach. Our advisory services are provided to minimize and manage quantifiable risk, but do not constitute an absolute guarantee against zero-day exploits or internal threat actors.
